She looks nothing like herself! I wonder if she's happy with it? Because I (and pretty much everyone alive?) think it was the worst mistake she ever made. Before her face was so unique. Now I totally never even see her in pictures or anywhere else, she just looks so ordinary. She was cuter before.
According to Wikipedia, she said "I went in the operating room a celebrity – and came out anonymous. It was like being in a witness protection program or being invisible." Poor thing. I loved her old Jewish nose! :)
