I would have to regard this cleanse as a success! 

Mentally and physical I have never felt better!

I did buy a pass to Bikram so I can continue to go as often as I have been (and my body will continue to thank me, I have never felt so amazing). I am also going to continue not dating.... for a long while...... there is nothing wrong with being alone, in fact I really love dating myself!

I just feel good about my state of being and I can honestly say that for the first time in I don't know how long
